My landlord refused to acknowledge sociopathic and suicidal behaviour of neighbour. Short story, she committed suicide. Terribly sad and dreadful management by everyone involved. I had assumed that, as I had never been in Social Housing previously, that things would be in place to prevent this and at least protect her child. As I became vocal and am a writer, they launched savage attacks on me to make me look as though I was unreliable. This was effected by bullying. This is a 4-step plan .............(1) set you up with a string of nonsense which makes you angry, upset. (2) this out-of-character behaviour is then built upon as though it is normal for you (it never is....the situations are so ridiculous) (3) they harvest this pain, suffering and disadvantage you further, and (4) they use it all against you and back to more provocation and level 1 again. The loop continues forever.
It is playground bullying but when you are exhausted and being attacked by neighbour and then by landlords, it becomes too much to bear.
To make sure you will not be listened to, they discredit you. I am an author and qualified Personal Development Coach and found myself being told my phone was being hacked (by the Housing Association) and my professional bodies had been contacted to spread untrue rumours and therefore discredit to the point I was unreliable.
To further compound, they left the flat leaking like a sieve with a fault in the roof and left me in mould and damp so that I could not work from there and it was so unhealthy and disgusting that I could not entertain.
Their insurers found them NEGLIGENT but as it was below their excess, they were due to pay and they won't. More disadvantaging.
How can people in social housing be so ignorant of how to deal with people? What makes them brutal and dreaming up constantly new ways to ruin your life, future, career and quality of life to cover up their own appalling downfalls? This has been a shocker and is certainly worth a book on Corporate Bullying so do please let me know if this nightmare is a one-off or common to the conspiratorial and never-admit-you-are-wrong landlords.
Bullying is always disgusting but when it actually loses your life, it has to be condemned in hardest terms. I have not named the association as I am new to this and do not know if it is allowed!

This story is way too terrifying than I expected it to be. Have you tried to make this public beside this forum? Where did this happen? I could try contacting a local newspaper?
