my landlord entered my home without me knowng about it. i was at work when he done this. then the next day a builder turned up to just put some skirtng on (nothing important!) and when my neighbour told him i was at work, he said its ok he has a key!. its privately rented through housing association and ive complained to them but all they said was that it was a matter for the police.
