Hi I just recently moved into a flat at the end of may
I still have both copies of contracts
Iv had problems that are not getting sorted.
For example the hobs arnt working
The fan in the bathroom not working.
Iv got a bathroom tile missing.
It took 2 weeks to put blinds in when they should of been in
Iv got hot water in my toilet.
Iv notified the agency and nothing has been done
Baring in mind these flats are brand new.
Can I leave the flat and get my bond back ?
