Hi,

I live in a flat above a shop. The shop owner owns the flat too.

There is one supplier electricity meter and another one that shows how much electric the flat uses for the landlord to bill.

The shop is on a business tariff around £1.22/kWh, whereas domestic rates are around 34p/kWh.

- Is this setup legal or should I have my own supplier meter for the domestic flat?
- If this is allowed, should the landlord be charging my usage at a domestic rate since I don't have choice of supplier?

Thanks for any advice.
