Hi can anyone help me please... I have lived at my rented property for three and a half years... I have a rolling contract that I have only signed once.. I have given my landlord notice last week and he aays I have to give one months notice from the 18th of this month when the next rent  is due... is this correct..

You have to give "at least 1 months notice", assuming you pay your rent monthly.
