Hi

U just wondered if anyone can help?

We moved into a house on 31st Jan and signed a 12 month tennancy and since this time our lovely landlord text my partner to say he is building another garage on the garage which belongs to the house (this is to rent out seperatly for storage) but then started digging up half the front garden so now we only have half a front garden and it has been like this for 3 months and still not complete, It is a total mess with scaffolding up around the garage. To add fuel to the fire in order to operate his machinery cement mixer etc) hes been running them out of our garage which the electricy supply is connected to the house !! Also my partner was unable to park in front of the garage as the landlord text him to move his car which is out of order as he works nights and therefore was woken up daily by the building noise!

Does anyone know if we are within our right to terminate our contract early?

Any advice is welcome
