I have gone from bad to worse from Essex and Suffolk to no HAARTS . 2 months in and I'm ready to quit . All I want is 2 properties managed as I work overseas . Does anyone have any ideas I would be grateful

I don't envy your position, trying to find a good agent.  What's wrong now?

Well they have been over charging for works done by adding commission for each job . Not monitoring any works carried out so poor results . Surely if you pay for full management that should stop further charges . I was told that they employed maintenance staff direct . Which is not the case.
Need a lawyer I think !!

This behaviour isn't unique to your bad Agent. It's more like par for the course. What you must do when employing an Agent is not just assume their standard terms of business will suit you. The Agent might be genuinely wondering why you're unsatisfied.
