Hi ,

I hope someone can help me with this question.

I am a leaseholder in an apartment block of 4 flats , recently our landlord who owns the freehold developed  6 new apartments which are located very close to my apartment , he has given the new tenants access to our communal area to dispose of their refuse where we do urs.

my question is , is the landlord legally allowed to give other tenenats who dont live there aceess to this space?
