Christian Hidalgo and his employees are running a scam through a number of companies including BC Trading, Cleveland International and Rooms International. They enter into tenancy agreements with property owners (AS WE DID!) then reconfigure the property before renting out to unwitting tenants. They turned our brand new three bedroom penthouse property into a five bedroom bedsit within days of signing the lease agreement. Our property is now rendered a fire hazard. We have seven people living in our property, which through no fault of their own are caught up in this too. We are trying to ensure those people are re-housed whilst we take legal action and have the walls removed.  Christian Hidalgo, his holding companies and his associates have been reported to the police, trading standards the local  council and the media.
