Hello

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I moved into rented property on 8th October 2019, to date I have not received a tenancy, gas safety certificate etc. I was informed the windows would be replaced as they are knackered and just blow in cold air (these still haven't been fixed or replaced).

I gave my notice to move out by 3rd March (20 weeks in total)... paid the weekly rate until then. The landlord is now saying that I  haven't paid the correct about and wants me out by Monday 3rd February (the date they believe I have paid until).

The rent is 450 per month 103.86 per week therfore I have paid 2076 to date which equates to 20 weeks rent due to the fact I lost a week in October and moving out the weekend of the 29 Feb. 1

Can anyone advise on where I stand?
