So we've had some landlord issues regarding obsessive control. We have been dealing with the agent and have told the agent we do not wish to contact the landlord/communicate with her due to comments she has said towards us when she's come to the property on her own.
The agent told us today he is no longer managing the property but the landlord is directly. We haven't been told by the landlord this is happened, what's my rights? Can I refuse to deal directly with the tenancy?

A tenancy agreement is between the landlord and the tenants.

A tenant doesn't get to choose who manages the property. If it changes and you are unhappy then move out.
