Hi,

My post is a complicated one.  I have a tenancy agreement with a nice guy.  His girl friend and kids moved in as well.  The tenancy agreement is in his name and she is a named tenant.

They have split up and I suspect he wishes to or has already moved out.  She wishes to stay but can't possibly afford it in my opinion.

Can I insist she moves out as she was only a named tenant but the agreement was not in her name?

If one Tenant ends a tenancy they end it for all of them.
