Hi, I'm new on here and I apologise if this has been asked before. My tenant renewed her lease in February  and failed to pay any rent since. Housing benefit has just started so I'm getting something. I applied to the courts for eviction using section 8 as advised by my letting agent as she didn't want to go for section 21 as I applied for a money claim to try and get some money back, but the judge struck the section 8 out as I didn't go for section 21.
I'm unsure what my next move should be as I know eventually it will go to bailiffs as the tenant is after a council property and her lease is up in August. I just want her out ASAP. Thanks Sheryl
