Hi guys

As part of my Dissertation I am examining the Energy Act 2011 and fuel poverty in private rented sector and I very much appreciate if you can kindly spear few minutes of your time to answer the questionnaire provided in the following link.

From 2016 tenants can make energy efficient improvements to their rented properties and from 2018 landlords cannot rent properties with an EPC rating of F or G.

If your spend more than 10% of your household income on energy bills then you maybe in the fuel poverty bracket.

The questionnaire is anonymous and if you know any one else who is renting can you kindly forward this to them as well.
