We moved to a property 3 weeks ago since moving in we've not been able to use are cooker as the point is in the wrong place. The agents got someone out who confirmed it's in wrong place and dangerous where it is. Its still not been moved and we cant cook anything and are having to live off microwave meals and takeaways.
I'm diabetic and have other health problems and this is detrimental to my health. How long does agent have to remedy this problem? Any advice o  what to do?

You need to be more persistant.Have you put this in writing to the agent,or got them to give a date by which it will be fixed? You cannot legally withhold rent,but if the landlord takes no action after another  complaint from you,you could try contacting the council.
