If you are disabled and live in a housing association house & need new windows
But they won't do them but you keep complaing you do. Can they evict you because you keep complaining about the windows.

I presume that they can issue a section 21 (a no reason notice requesting the property back) as they can with any other property/tenant.  A section 21 does not have to specify why it wants someone to leave, just simply, that they want the property back.

I can't see the relation to disability and windows though.  Would it be the same question if you said Black instead for example?

The need for windows, surely is no more if you're disabled, abled, Black, Chinese or anything inbetween, windows are windows.
