My fiance is moving to Nottingham and is currently looking for a place to stay. One of the places he contacted sent him this offer but we're a bit suspicious of the conditions they offer. I will attach the email the landlord sent us and would like to hear your opinion. I hope you can see the screenshot if not here's a link to where I uploaded it on google drive.

It reads suspiciously, that's for sure. If it feels remotely wrong do not waste any more of your time with it... just disengage. Don't seek further reassurance. There will be plenty of other options in Nottingham. Go for the easy ones, not ones that have you scratching your head.

The English is poor for someone who you would expect is fluent.
