Hi all,

My partner and I recently moved out of a property we rented for 18months and our ex-landlord has now decided to be difficult and not return our deposit from the DPS. We requested it be released over 14days ago and he hasn't responded. I've been told that I have to fill out a statutory declaration and send this to the DPS however I cannot find any form on the DPS website or any other website.

Can anyone help with this please?

Thank you. I have now got one being sent in the post (why they can't email is beyond me). Was hoping to get things sorted this weekend but I guess I will just have to keep waiting.
