Hi everyone,

I'm involved with a new show being made for BBC3 about the property market – targeted at young people who are first time buyers and renters.
It's going to explore the various options which are available to young people renting and buying for the first time, explaining the pros and cons of each.

We're currently working on one section of the programme which is going to be about what a nightmare renting can be, and we're looking for 19- 29 year olds who are willing to share their own horror stories about renting a house or flat.
We want to hear from you if you've experienced a lazy or negligent landlord who has left you living in unacceptable conditions. We're looking for people who have had the following problems:

-Damp, mould or leaks throughout the property
-Holes or damage to walls, ceilings or floors
-Infestations of insects, or mice or rats
-General disrepair – dangerous exposed wiring, broken appliances etc.

To illustrate your story, we really need you to have images of the conditions you've experienced, or a willingness for us to film your house or flat if you are still living there: of course, your contribution can be kept anonymous.
