Dear All,

I hope all is well.

I am looking for a statement from my Council regarding the incident.

The council officer who was there (eye-witness) on the day when the incident happened, sent me an LBB disclosure request form. He also recommended me to fill it from solicitor.

Is it possible for anyone who has filled disclosure form before, I need your suggestion?

I am just looking for his statement that would help me against my ex-landlord.

I would also happy if any solicitor can help me. :D

Kind regards,
Sam

What incident are you talking about? What are you asking for? Why are you asking here if you're asking the Council for something? Please try your best to have your entry make some kind of sense, then I am sure people will be keen to assist, if they're able to do so.

1-What incident are you talking about?
Illegal eviction & property was not on HMO License.

2-Why are you asking here if you're asking the Council for something?
The officer visited for inspection, when the landlord's father pushed me physically in front of the Council's officer and accepted that, the landlord has changed the door key.

I have a court hearing against my ex-landlord. He already fined by council £30K.

Please let me know if you want further information.

Regards,
Sam

This rings a bell.Have you posted on this topic a couple of times several months ago? If so,did you follow any of the advice given then,or get back to report on your progess? The council person you refer to has presumably refused to give a statement,so I am not sure that anyone else can help you/.Good luck with the court case
