I was wondering if anyone had any experience in using the YPC group services who apparently provide full coverage of the market from finance, picking locations, managing, remortgages etc

The company was founded by Brett Alegre-Woods who some may know from his book 3+1 plan. I have seen some of this youtube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoblYazjGwo) and the guy seems like he knows his stuff but I am a little skeptical about his company so was just wondering if anyone has some information or experience using the services.
