Why pay agent fee's ?

Hello,

I have a property maintenance company and a property services company which include's Free Landlord investment Support (F.L.I.S)

I have worked alongside the biggest names in lettings for over 10 years now........Landlords and Tenants deserve better.

we offer support for Landlords to manage their properties with no monthly fee.

I don't understand your message other than that of a sarcasdic remark to something you clearly know nothing about or that you struggle to understand,

I don't understand your post. It has too many mistakes. I don't think it's appropriate for you to push your services until you can form proper sentences... it is important for you to come over as professional on a forum. Keep trying. Maybe contemplate telling people what geographical area(s) you cover, or are we to assume you're a national organisation?

I am not pushing my services, I am asking the question why pay agent fee's ?

My apologies for any grammar mistakes etc as I'm responding from  a mobile phone.

My question is simple why do Landlords pay a management fee !
I am interested to see if there is one good reason or not.

Because some Landlords are suckers. It's the truth. Also because many Landlords use Agents for Tenant Find and Agents are skilled at upselling.

tenant find and then the up sell,
are landlords aware for the fee they receive nothing at all , in fact most of the issues or work are pushed to the likes of us or others similar Who do it for free, while they do nothing and take a fee , often work we carry out includes a commission that the agent keeps for doing nothing !
It so poor a show !!!

One example and I will keep this short, we were asked to pay of an electrical debt to enable us to use the lights and we were asked to charge it onto the landlord !!!  It would appear landlords pay for tenant debts now !!!! It's free to wipe a debt it just takes a bit of time on the phone but that is too much effort for an agent !
