Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm very interested in letting 3-5 1 or 2 bedroom flats in North and North West London to rent with a view to sub-letting. The intention will be to let them to corporate tenants on a nightly basis. They'll be fully furnished and cleaned once weekly. I would prefer them to all be in the same development, but its not absolutely necessary.

I'd like to be able to secure a 4 year lease with a 2 year break clause.

Would this be of interest to anyone?

I have 5 units let in North West London currently getting on average £2100.  I'll kick the tenants out and rent them to you for £4500.  Let me know if it's of interest.

I was achieving an average of £1,700... I am dismayed that he is making an average of £2,100 on them all... and even more dismayed that he is trying to arrange a side-deal with you for even more profit! And in public..!

Hi, I'm looking for 3-5 units in North, North West London. Are you able to offer these units on a 5 year lease term with a 2.5 year break clause? The purpose of the rentals will be to sublet back to my high end corporate clients. The apartments will be cleaned and maintained every week.

Would this be something you'd look at? If so, please let me know if you have any more units like this around the North and North West London area.
