I'm surprised Kirsty Allsopp isn't on there. What do you guys think?

I'm not voting, because I think they'll manage. It's not like they only started buying property recently...

I doubt any of them will.

Oh I forgot about Andrew Winter, hes not been on the TV in agessssss I use to really like his selling houses programme.

I suspect that they all have such lucrative TV careers that it won't matter what happens with their property portfolios any more! 

I love the crunch, so many opportunities out there at the moment.

I reckon all the property celebs will be rubbing their hands together.  Watching amateur developers get it wrong will bring in so many more viewers than watching them rake it in off the back of a rising market!
