Greater Toronto Area that is, are soooooooooooooo expensive. My Parents live in a little town about three hours east of Toronto, right smack in the middle of toronto and montreal, and houses there are so much more reasonable in cost. My father purchased his house about three or four years ago  for 212 CND, and now its worth well over 315 K, which is excellent appreciation if you ask me! The same house in around Toronto would be more than double the price. It's absolutely insane I tell you. Then again where my parents live like I said is a small town even though it's growing insanely in population and development God knows why but n e ways, and then yes you've got Toronto and Mississauga particularly that are overflowing with people and have been developed for ages, and developing further at this present point.

We were contemplating on buying a house in Mississauga (around toronto) but since our trip we've decided it's an absolute NO NO! If you look for houses around 200 K there you'll find nothing but Old Shit residential homes or even petite condos. Really pissed me off I tell you.

So I reccommended we purchase a house around mom n dads area.... husband isn't too keen on getting closer to the mom in law... haha

if ye say so. I'll find a crib in hot weather, u find one in cold weather, we can exchange homes during holidays or something. Even though im so not the skiing skating type, oh well.

Ye but think of ya skin, it goes all thick, hard and rough looking when exposed to the cold.  Ok no differance there, but its still crispier lololololololol
