Ok we all talk about places that are up and coming and how we get to know about them etc etc etc.
Well i have been thinking about places that become MEGA trendy, the next step up from,  You get my drift.  So surely if you knew what the next mega trendy place was going to be wouldnt it be better to buy to rent there !.
Manchester was never a trendy place to live, but the place rocks and has mega trendy attached.
I dont think mega trendy is an official term used within the forces that be, but it defo thrown around with the youngsters of today and well trendy people.

Yeah, Manchester has always been trendy for the youngsters. And property is dirt cheap up North!

So how has Manc become a mega to the trendyness, and how can we see other places doing the same

I've heard one of the things to look out for is government investment initiatives. Probably involves a bit of networking and scouring local council details to spot these.

Would these initiatives be to regen an area rather than make it mega trendy !, if the area is already a trendy one would there be extra government money there to make it even more of a place to buy/rent etc

I think the initiatives are to regen ... that was what kicked off the Manc popularity, wasn't it?

I love shopping and going to clubs in manchester .... and they are opening the biggest snow village in the UK  so I can snowboard now . hahah

Lazy git, so The one they call Fee Fee aka * lazy fee*  would you say Manc is mega or just trendy

Just trendy .... they still have a Greggs pie shop haha

But at night its alot more MEGA trendy.
