One of my personal favourite Dragon's, James Caan, has purchased a 25% share stake in http://www.look4aproperty.com/.

Not one of the biggest property portals, but James obviously sees potential in it, and the market in the future...

Wise move? What do you think?

The site has potential but I don't understand why he purchased a site when he could have just made his own, its not like this site has any branding value that I know of. What do you think the deal is there.

I imagine getting the client base would take time and money...

It seems Ok, but im not sure the website has a great look or brand image which is something which could be addressed.

Under the skin, then all performance is very similar to the website. They are built on a platform to take up large amounts of data load on a regular basis and these specified fields from the diversion load to any site or organization to subscribe.
