For those with multiple properties, have you ever considered selling off a property only to reduce debt on another property?

It's a safe move, but the rate of return won't be so great in the longrun.

Any thoughts?

I would only sell to fund another interest, if this ment to buy some of my debt to enable me to progress with something yes, but i would try hard to find other means first
