Iv'e been using spareroom.com for a while now as my source for finding tenants in Cardiff and it has been brilliant! Well worth a shuftie for all areas. I have been lucky in that I have got some excellent quality tenants in and it's really cost effective.

I've never heard of spareroom.com! I always just use gumtree! I'm going to check out spareroom though!

Hmmm...does the site focus on room/flat sharing, as opposed to letting out entire properties?

It does seem to but one I have their numbers I tend to go into full marketing mode and show them my other houses too!
