I've seen quite a few "sold" boards go up recently here in the Midlands. Anyone else witnessing sales in their area?

That's a good sign.

I suspect a lot of investors are taking advantage right now while it's quiet...

I remember reading this profound statement from a successful investor (forgot his name) saying that a true investor will buy when everyone is scared of buying.

Oh, and to answer your question- yes, I have seen a few SOLD signs up, and it makes me smile.

There are places around Southampton that have been up foe ages and at a good price to, things are slow here i feel !
