As my Tenant works part time and claims benefit, Its that *I have kids to bring up * thing.  I, through her found out that my rented house can be adapted to be more energy efficient, I was very sceptical at first but but but, a company came out today after an assessment three weeks ago and they insulated my loft and put energy saving light bulbs around the joint and I haven't even got my chq book out, which is good really as I have just brought a shipping container.
