Real estate economics is the application of economic techniques to real estate markets. It tries to describe, explain, and predict patterns of real estate prices, building production, and real estate consumption. The closely related field of housing economics is narrower in scope, concentrating on residential real estate markets. Both draw on partial equilibrium analysis (supply and demand), urban economics, spatial economics, and finance.
Thus real estate market will be more in demand for the coming years. It is famous in all countries all over the world like tenerife spain. Real estate economy on  tenerife property are boasting! Property demand are also increasing, thus, this is an ideal business now!

I really want to invest in Dubai. Property has been hot there for a while now and i've done my research, that city has advanced so much and there are further plans for developement being made there. Majority of projects receive great reviews, and investors seem to be quite content with the market there aswell. I was speaking with a friend and he believes Dubai isn't as popular for property anymore as Qattar is becomming. He says a lot of projects are under way for Qattar now and construction is under way for key development purposes for the area. He insists property will boom there in like a year or two. So definitely planning on checking that out too.
