I have a 6 Tenant property for sale, and was wondering what was the best way to advertise online. Is there a landlord website where BTL landlords go to look for properties? I have had 6 tenants in this property for 26 years and only want to sell it as a going concern as most of the guys have been there for years. Any help would be great, either on here or email

Hi - private sale would be a great idea to consider.  Where is the property?  Also, if you don't mind, feel free to send me a private message if you are comfortable telling me how quickly you want to sell as this can affect your options too.  I have some possible contacts for you but it does depend on where!  It's about accessing contacts and networks etc if you want to avoid the traditional sale. Sorry, i meant to say that the property turnover is £26K p/year, and on sale for £225K, which is over 10% ROI.
