Always been interested in what people have to say in the development world about if a referb or new build is the way to go.
Now while in the gym shower today i got talking to a bloke i know who is in development, now while washing each others bits  lol
We got talking about the subject, now he is a business man and has been in the game for years. * his car isnt as nice as mine* and he said he wouldnt touch a refurb anymore due to the fact he would need to spend to much time finding a viable house to do out.  He said new build is what most of the development trade are doing these days and leaving * in his words * the refurbs to the people who watch Beeny and other property development programs, * the bastardo fool*.
So i am outa here as there is no investment in property anymore unless you are into new build which i aint, so bye bye nice to meet you all.

The guys seems a bit...errr...narrow minded. If he knows the trade so well, why isn't his car better than yours, aye?

It's really hard to find a decent property to flip these days, because everyone wants to develop, consequently all the potential properties get snapped up! But there's definately boat loads of money to be made by redeveloping. Sadly, I don't have the time to develop, it's pretty much a full-time job

If you ever want to get in a joint venture to develop, Badgey, just HOLLA, yo'!
