Just to warn people that I used Landlord Support Services (http://www.landlordslawyer.co.uk/) to issue a Section 21 notice.
They had the full facts and went ahead and issued the notice. I was then laughed at by a lawyer.
They clearly took the money even though in this case i couldn't issue the notice.
They didn't even apologise.
