i live in manchester and my new landlord is selling the prperty after owning it for only 8 months its a great house and we love to live in is any1 intrested in buying a cheap property and keeping us in please let me know

Can't you buy it? Have you tried having a mortgage to buy the property? Your monthly payments will be just like you're renting it. If the new owner choose to stay on the property and don't want to rent it out, I'm sure you'll find a lot better than that property.
