Well property in Sandbanks, Reported to be the 4th most expensive place to live, has beaten the trend and house prices have gone up 22% so far this year, with the average price of one of these plots starting at 650k.  This is for a shed i would think.

So just goes to show that the crash really isnt effecting the rich !.

There's also rumours that Lakshmi Mittal has bought a place in Kensington Palace Gardens. The property was on the market for £117m, making it the most expensive purchase EVER. It's yet to be confirmed though.

Did anyone watch the programme about Sandbanks with Piers Morgan I think it was the 1st of three programmes last night, oh and its on ITV1.
Was quite interesting.

Oh its about how basically it was just some sand dunes and then it just rocketed into developers paradse.
So on the first programme he interviewed developers and yeh ....

Sandbanks from what i can remember was made a rich mans paradise quite simply by an estate agent !.
