I am about to start to my business in Dubai and was thinking that instead of buying ready property I should buy off plan and live in rental apartment until project is completed.

Good thing about off plan properties is that developer is offering flexible payment plan so I don't have to pay all amount at once.

Buy off plan, sell on plan, pocket the difference.  Dubai seems to be the place to be but not for me as I like my Jack D!
