Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich has submitted plans to build an eight-bedroom palace in Knightsbridge. Where else? The place is going to be stretched across eight stories, joining to Lowndes Square townhouses which he has purchased over the years, since the early 1990's.

If the plans are approved, it will probably become the UK's most expensive residential property, with a value of around £150m.

This guy just doesnt seem to do it for me in a business arena, he just looks to simple to have this much cash, but then its oil and he brought his well at the right time.
