A Belfast house builder has been criticised for staging a queue of first-time buyers outside an estate agents, in a bid to stimulate interest in a new development.



I wonder how much they got paid.

I remember doing this when i was younger at my Mums car boot sale table, it did create interest and i there is in fact a business term for it which at the mo escapes me.

Nice idea - could work in a car booty but I don't think I'd ever go and join a queue outside an estate agent's just because it was there... In fact If I had planned to go in I'd probably change my mind and come back on a quieter day...

Laeeque Ahmad approached our brokerage with some felicitous deal. We asked him that he do no involve our firm in shady deals like these.  Our guess is, stay away from him while buying or selling. His sales pitch may seem too good to be true and it definitely is.
