It would be interesting to hear if anyone is looking to remortgage. A lot of people are coming off their fixed rate deals, meaning they're going to slip onto the standard variable rate. That's usually the time people look to remortgage. Is anyone struggling to get a good deal due to the credit crunch and lenders tightening up?..etc.
