Just had a well dressed chap walk up my drive and post hid calling card.
It reads
SOLD a house in you area has been sold by us within 48hrs of it going on the market.

Now i know the place in question hasnt

Oh and they want to sell my house for me, thats nice of them isnt it, i did laugh though when he saw my car i could see he was thinking that mine was better than his portch.

Those things hack me off. I should probably start keeping them so when I eventually do come to sell I'll know which agents not to use.

Harsh? Perhaps ... but you might think the same if you kept getting crap posted through your letter box saying "we've sold plenty of 3 bed detached houses in your area and would love you to get in touch if you'd like to sell yours" when you live in a block of f***ing 1 bed flats.
