Hi all,

Not sure if this right place to post but I unfortunately and fortunately inherited a house in London, the property requires extensive renovation and I have several options open to me and unsure which to take and wondered if the good people of this forum can give me some pointers??

The property as it is, is a terraced Victorian 4 bedroom family home, and here are my options so far I believe!

1. Convert the property into a HMO possible rental income £3k per month

2. Convert the property into two flats, one three bed and one two bed combined income £3.5k

3. Restore the property into a nice four bedroom family home £3k per month

4. Restore the property basically and rent as a student house, £2.5k per month

Any ideas gratefully received

I think the second option would be good for you. Dividing the property into two parts will surely provide well worth. However, if you are still finding it difficult to make the right decision, then you can take help from experts like Plazaestates rentals in London who is known for their rental properties work or you can also Google out some more sites as well.
