traditionally this should be one of the best times of the year to sell. September and October are normally very busy months for estate agents with people want to get moved in by Christmas. I have to say though, for me its been pretty dismal with lack of instructions and general interest. It seems to me that the property buying public are sitting on the fence waiting for the market to settle one way of another, and I dont really blame them. I as an investor am not willing to put my hand in my pocket right now until I see where its all going.

So I'm off to Cyprus for a week 

I'm waiting, just as Raven said.

The media has pumped so much uncertain vibes regarding the property market, that I think it's got everyone waiting for either a big shift, or a longer calm period.

Things need to stablise a bit more before people will start getting confident about buying!
