Hello all,  I was wondering if any landlords have had joy with using some of the online apps available for Inventory / Inpections ?
I recently tried MintInspect and although the sample report it generated looked good, and was £15 per report , the app was a nightmare to use and had many bugs. In the end I never got a valid report issued.   
So any Inventory Report generating tool recommendations greatly appreciated!
