When petrol is so expensive, I doubt a Jeep is THAT appealling!

I live in Durham and source properties in the area and wouldn't be paying that sort of price for a bungalow! Mind you depends where abouts in County Durham it is  I just got a 3 bed bungalow yesterday for £90,000 was on the market for £120,000 shows how much less vendors are willing to accept now.

this strategy has been common in the states for the last little while. I remember a friend of mine had to move to chicago from south carolina and her damn house just wouldn't sell. So she followed the trend and added a car to go with the house. I don't know how the whole story ended up but yeh people can get pretty desperate during such times.
