Hi,
small F/H block in London - 9 flats - conversion of 2 houses.
We have  F/H and am confused how can we - the  Landlord carry out obligations under the lease if tenants are in control?
Especially if the do not agree on stuff ( we got some tricky ones!! for sure and they are not keen on each other!!).
Also say are unwilling to spend money.
Tenants already stopped us doing external decoration claiming the 'crisis' last year!!

Can we appeal their 'Right' and how etc
Do you know the ins and outs from our side?

any info / experience welcome pls
