I am looking to buy a  flat with a share of the freehold in a block of three.  The fire risk assessment has identified that one flats door that leads onto the communal area dose not meet fire regulations. What can I do to make the owner comply with fire regulations and can I still get building insurance if they don't comply? Thanks Gary
