Hi, Please can some one give me there advise. I have managed to scrape together £30,000 in savings and I want to invest it into property. I live in Northern Ireland and I have my eye on a few 2 up 2 down cheap houses that are on the market. The areas they are in are not to far from Belfast city centre and I think they would be ideal for either nurses to rent or DSS tennants. I plan to give myself a 10 year get out stratergy is this a viable option ie are 2 up 2 down propertys easy to rent. Also there is no parking facilities as there are double yellow lines outside the propertys. Good move or bad move. Thanks.

Lee,

Why don't you try looking at different properties? I bought a repossessed property on auction for well below BMV. I belive buying repo makes a solid investment.

I know it is hard to get your hands onto affordable, yet quality properties. All you need to do is be a bit patient - you will know when you come accross the right property. Hope this helps you!
