If you were thinking of selling your 3 bed home you might want to gee things along a bit.  After 10th Sept you will need a HIP to market your home. 

Damn, are they going to reduce the limit to 3 bedroom homes? Urgh!

I thought they would wait a bit longer than that to change the current 4 bedroom policy!
